Let me introduce myself. My name is Andres Martinez. Currently based in Colombia, I am an illustrator and concept artist, with 11 years of experience in the entertainment industry with different companies around the world.
Since I can remember, drawing has been my passion. I have always considered myself an artist, as I tell stories through the creation of new worlds.
I have a strong technical skills, a robust work ethic, and teamwork. My work has been part of projects such as Rainbow six siege, Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3 (merch illustration) Madame Web feature film, The Menu feature Film, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent feature film, "Ark survival evolved", Light and Dark, Doctor who ® board Game, Conan the Cimmerian® board game and more.
My background includes years of solid experience defining design objectives and transforming initial ideas into visual images for use in areas such as animation, film, gaming, and advertising, as well as skills for creating pieces for marketing and illustrations of high quality.
I am proficient in various software programs including Photoshop, Z brush, Blender, and Key Shot, which help me to be more efficient in production, and I am always open to learning new software that improves my abilities.
I am highly skilled at creating new worlds and new pieces using my extensive knowledge of lightning, color, and composition to generate realistic atmospheres and moods and make the ideas come to life.
I am always pushing myself by looking for new adventures and new challenges.
